“Hi again Kari,
I found your website very interesting and helpful actually:-). After studying and reading some interesting things at your site, ┬áit just crossed my mind that “everyting happens for a reason”

I just needed all those saying about life, motivation etc just now…. :-)

Thank you for being there:-)
Kind regards”

“Okay, Kari…this post was 6 days ago. That means I had 1 day left for the 30 day challenge…is that correct? Well…..HALLELUJAH!!!!! I did it!!!! I just finished getting my website up and running…..YEEEESSS!!!! Feel free to check it out. A little information is missing but only due to a little procrastination on one colleagues part. It will probably get filled in by the end of today. I’m soooo thrilled but I don’t believe I could have done it without you in the back of my mind pushing me along. Many, many thanks to you for the ‘push’ and support!”

Best regards,
~Mary

Kari I loved your blog and wanted to connect from Linkedin, then this may be a better place. I teach deliberate living and mindful awareness.

Do you sense people need to be in their heart space to Think, before they Speak. Lack of empathy often comes from going to the head and intellect whenever emotion or feeling seems threatening. So cultivating or connecting to the energy, color and texture of one’s own feeling is very much a practice one needs to do mindfully. Just a thought…

    Blessings for your work.

      Susmita,
I think each of us experiences disconnection throughout our lives, and we are destined to repeat the pattern until we realize that we can change ourselves or we can keep repeating the same disconnected patterns.
Thank you for commenting and inspiring conversation.

Nice website. Over the years I’ve learned how to “be still” because I know the Good Shepherd in my life. Loved the “Tigger” episode on losing his stripes. RC
