Peace of Mind Space.

What is your definition of peace of mind?  Do you find  space in your life to create peace of mind?  When is the last time you were awakened to the sound of a bird chirping? A cat meowing? The gentle smell of rain?  The sound of wind rustling the trees or the wind touching wind chimes, creating it’s own song?   When is the last time you were awakened to the sound of the backfire of a car, the roar of a semi truck, the squealing of tires screeching at an intersection?

I have always been drawn to animals, music and art.  I found these resources could be tapped into anywhere under any circumstance in my life and offered peace of mind, space to breathe,  space to unwind from stress, balance, empathy, patience, calm in chaos, creativeness, acceptance, forgiveness, unconditional love of an animal.  The list could go on.

Our lives continue  to change, to increase in chaos, feeling disconnected from what is really important.  How do you create peace of mind space?
