Have you noticed that once you write down your goal and share it with other people, it naturally inspires others to take action? It is contagious, like yawning.
I began thinking; hey! If Joan can meditate for 10 minutes a day consistently, and do sit-ups for 30 days, I can do that too!
Take a step, set your goal, take action(s) to achieve that goal daily and get the results YOU want.
Onward we go…!
