      Excellent Mary!
You are in great company here. Make sure you write down your goal and action step(s), and post it everywhere you will see it daily
I can tell you what I did to get my own website up and running. I purchased my own domain name through You can also buy web hosting through GoDaddy.
I contacted Nick Armstrong (He is listed on LinkedIn) through Digital Gunslingers and signed up for one of his web hosting features. He directed my domain name to, and I continue developing my website/blog.
If I can do it, you can too!

Hey I have missed out on target setting for myself. But I might as well catch up before the month gets over.
Yes I have these targets for me
    1. Health: engage in one exercise daily ( am investing in a treadmill this week)
    2. Ready our proposals of training ( have finally readied at least two sets, though scores are needed)
    3. Learning a specific language which I need for a certain kind of singing

thanks for bucking me up Kari

    Hi Kari,

You caught me at the right time. I’ve decided to work out 20 min. a day, 5 days a week.

    I wish you success.

Thank you so much for taking a BOLD step and posting your goal. I should warn you that goal-setting is contagious. You might find yourself setting new goals and then infecting others to set goals for themselves too. =)

      We are in this together,

Here’s my 30 day Challenge: 1) Meditate at least ten minutes each day . This is simply a good habit and great for well being, something that helps manage stress everyday. 2) Do ten sit ups when I get up and 10 sit ups before I go to bed. The core muscles are essential and without them, a good posture and personal health get to be more difficult to achieve later in life. 3) Save $ 5.00 each day. Why set aside five dollars each day? Think of it as cash on hand in 30 days- $150… keep the habit up and in 365 days, it comes to $ 1,825… every little bit of effort, even over 30 days, can change all things for the better. Thank you Kari for offering this opportunity!
